A truly Indulgent experience. Sauna hire and cold plunge bath for up to 2 hours. Including the fire pit set up with lights and a cosy outdoor feel with seating for up to 8 people. Blankets/fruit/healthy snacks can be provided on request. Felt/Banya hats, essential oils and shamanic music with a focus on wellbeing to relax surrounded by calm and re-charge in your wild environment.

Essential oils we provide:

● Verbena – uplifting and calming for the mind and body.

● Grapefruit – antioxidant and inflammatory

● Fleur d ’Orange – helps to regenerate skin/anti-bacterial

● Rose – relaxation/reduces stress

● Bergamot – creates calm and uplifting

● Frankincense – spiritual, restores the body and mind

Staying true to our wild roots we only use local sustainable kiln dried logs within the traditional Havia wood burning stove, giving the most authentic sauna feel.

Our sauna and cold plunge bath are both fully cleaned using essential oils after each hire, to ensure to maintain the natural wood and aroma and to preserve the classic spruce wood interior and cedar wood benches. We are fully insured and the experience is fully operated by sauna personnel for your comfort.
